With the nice few days we’ve been having this April, we all thought this day would be the same however April showers bring May flowers and this was definitely a rainy day. The rainiest day I have ever photographed in but this didn’t stop us from getting some amazing photos to document their day. They had a very intimate ceremony in Quincy and then we met at Marina Bay to take some photos in covered areas. Stephanie is such a crafty bride, the beautiful bouquet, hairpiece, and boutonniere are all handmade. She even did her own dress alterations. Stephanie and Doug are such a sweet couple and I could tell how passionate they are about each other through their glances. The bright red door is part of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Clock Tower. I feel so honored that Stephanie chose me to photograph their wedding day!
